Order History Is Not Visible on the New Site
Your previous order history will not appear in your account on the new website.
However, don’t worry—we still have all of your past order information on our end. If you ever need details about a previous order, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Preorders Are Safe and Unchanged
If you have any preorders, everything is still exactly as it was before.
- All preorder data is securely stored in our system
- Your place in line and order details have not changed
- We will continue to process and fulfill these orders just like we always have
No action is needed on your end, we will contact you when the items arrive.
Delayed Deployment (90 Day Hold)
If you selected Delayed Deployment or have orders currently being held:
- Your held items are safe and secure in our warehouse
- We are still tracking and managing these orders on our end
Everything will continue to be handled just as it was prior to the website transition.
