Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received and typically ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), unless otherwise noted.

  • Orders placed before 9 AM (AZ time) may ship the same or next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may be delayed, and orders are often packed and picked up before tracking is marked as shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • These rates are estimates only
  • If an order exceeds the estimated shipping tier, we will contact you for additional payment before shipping

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Additional shipping fees required to reship returned packages

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times begin after the order has shipped
  • Shipping speed does not include processing time
  • Carriers may experience delays due to volume, weather, or other factors

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options with varying delivery speeds and levels of service.

Some shipping methods may:

  • Not include insurance
  • Not include full tracking
  • Have extended delivery timeframes

By selecting these methods, the customer accepts the associated risks. We are not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured shipments.


Order Holds (Delayed Deployment)

We offer a Delayed Deployment option that allows you to place and pay for orders now and have them shipped at a later date.

How It Works

Place Your Order
Select “Delayed Deployment” at checkout. Your items will be reserved and removed from inventory. Orders may be marked as “shipped” once processed and secured to indicate they are allocated and removed from stock.

Hold Period
Orders may be held for up to 90 days from the original order date.

Shipping Your Order
As your deployment date approaches, we will contact you to arrange shipping.

  • Shipping charges are not included at the time of order and must be paid before shipment
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information

Adding to Your Order
You may place additional Delayed Deployment orders during the 90-day hold period. Held items will ship together unless otherwise requested.

Requesting Early Shipment
If you would like your order shipped before the scheduled deployment date, please contact us or select a standard shipping option on a new order.

Cancellations & Changes
Canceled or modified Delayed Deployment orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee applies because items are removed from inventory and reserved specifically for your order.

Repeated cancellations or changes may result in loss of Delayed Deployment privileges.

Important Notes

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed
  • Shipping must be paid before release of held items
  • Deployment dates must be honored
  • Failure to complete shipping payment may result in cancellation

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is available when selected at checkout.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready
  • A valid ID and order confirmation are required
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled unless prior arrangements are made

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be added to any order upon request (additional fees may apply).

We reserve the right to require a signature on any order for security purposes.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary widely depending on the method selected and destination.

  • Delivery may take 2 to 30+ days, or longer in some cases
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control
  • Shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees and import charges

Some international shipping options may:

  • Not include tracking
  • Not include insurance
  • Take longer than standard estimates

Use of uninsured or non-tracked shipping methods is at the customer’s risk.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or service disruptions
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or international processing times
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured shipping methods
