Returns & Cancellations

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened
• Items must be in original condition
• All packaging and contents must be included

Opened items are not eligible for return unless defective.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Special order items
• Certain pre-orders


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to processing fees.

Held orders and certain pre-orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
