You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the great state of Arizona. All orders shipped to an address in Arizona are subject to 8.05% sales tax. |

| How are loose 1/6th scale parts prices determined? |

The loose parts market is always changing. It is a classic case study of supply and demand and the always changing prices are a result. The cool item that everybody wants will always be more expensive. The harder it is for us to get (not packed in many boxed or carded sets) also has a major effect on price. We have always compared the loose parts market to the produce section. As things come in and out of season, prices change. If you like something and agree wih the price, buy it. If you think it is too high, don't buy it. Ain't capitalism great? With time the price may go up or down depending on market conditions. |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. We do a good job of actually having stuff in stock and shipping it out. If for some reason your order has an item shortage or other circumstance, we will issue a refund. |
