The order containing your preorder will be marked shipped after the Non Refundable Deposit is paid, the Non Refundable Deposit has to be paid within 48 hours after the order is placed. It is important that you are logged into your account while placing these preorders.
When the preordered item arrives you will be sent an email with a link to complete your order. The link will be active for seven (7) days and the price will reflect the Non Refundable Deposit paid. If you do not complete your order within seven (7) days, your Non Refundable Deposit will be lost and the item will be added to inventory and made available for purchase to the public.
If your phone number or email address changes after placing your preorder, it is important that you contact us to update your account information.
If you would like a payment plan, we can start you on payments after the Non Refundable Deposit is paid and prior to the products arrival, the item must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days after its arrival.
Please understand that the NRD will not be refunded for any reason unless the manufacturer cancels this project
Expected Arrival Date is only an estimate, we have no control of when the manufacturer will get the item to us.

PLEASE Read and understand the Pre-Order conditions before ordering!
1) Please do NOT order other items with preorders (order preorder items by themselves on their own order).
2) Please do not order different preorder items on the same order. If you do, we have to separate them and ship them as they arrive and there will be additional shipping charges.
3) Product photo is usually of a preproduction prototype. Final product may differ slightly in color and or content.
4) Product estimated ship date is from the manufacturer. Some products will miss their estimated ship date due to manufacturer delays. Monkey Depot is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. We ship them as soon as we get them.
5) There will also be times where the manufacturer ships them in "waves". Preorders from Monkey Depot are shipped in the order that they were received.
6) Some PREORDERS may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your item. You will be charged the deposit amount, plus the estimated shipping amount. If you cancel your order, you will forfeit the deposit and the shipping about will be credited to your Monkey Depot account as a store credit.
Payment Rules:
Credit Cards:If you chose to Pay-In-Full, your preorder will be charged when the order is placed. If you want to cancel a preorder, you will have to do so in writing and we will issue a refund. If you do not want to pay in full at time of order you can select "Pay by Mail" and we will contact you when the product arrives for payment information.
Pay by Mail: We will send you a final invoice when we have confirmation that the product is inbound to us. You will have 7 days from the date of this invoice to have your payment in to us.
Pay Pal: We will send you a final Pay Pal invoice when we have confirmation that the product is inbound to us. You will have 3 days from the date of this invoice to have your payment in to Monkey Depot.
